Why can’t I hear any voice from my laptop speakers?

a) Make sure 2 speakers (Refer to User Manual speaker location) on laptop are not fully covered, and no combination audio jacks are used.
b) Turn off the mute function by pressing F4+Fn / F4 or using a mouse.
c) Turn up the volume by pressing F6+Fn / F6 or using a mouse.
d) Select a speaker as the playback device by going to the start menu

-> “System”-> “Sound”-> “More sound settings”-> “Playback”.
