What should I do if I can’t use the camera function?
a) Go to the start menu -> “Settings” -> “Bluetooth & devices” -> “Camera” -> “USB Camera”, check if device camera is normal.
b) Follow step a, touch “Camera privacy settings” -> turn on “Camera access” -> find the related app under “Let apps access your camera” and turn it on.
